Ideal for foam, plastic and textiles Our transfer adhesive tape 9775WL consists of a 125 µm thick, durable adhesive film on a 172 µm thick, PE-coated, white protective paper. The adhesive sticks to foam, textiles, wood and most plastics. This transfer tape is UV-resistant and is characterised by good resistance to moisture, water, solvents and chemicals. Recommended applications Foam sealing and other foam applications Bonding of textured and rough surfaces Bonding of fabrics and textiles, including laminating of floor coverings Easy flow into gaps and cavities without heat application The 300MP series transfer tape adhesive provides consistently high bond strength at temperatures up to 250°C. The adhesive is available in different product constructions. Different product constructions are available. Thanks to its good flow properties, the adhesive bonds quickly to rough and textured materials such as foam, wood, textiles and many other substrates without the need for heat. The thick, PE-coated protective paper makes this adhesive tape ideal for die-cutting and processing. Basic information on transfer adhesive tapes 3M transfer adhesive tapes consist of pressure-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesives that are applied to a release liner without a scrim or carrier in the product. These tapes are more conformable than double-sided tapes with backing when applied to textured and irregular surfaces. For application, the tape is positioned with the exposed adhesive side on a surface. The protective paper is then removed and the other material to be bonded is applied to this side.
