3M 237AA Trizact is a semi-flexible, structured abrasive tool with a pyramid structure specially developed for hard metal surfaces such as titanium, nickel, cobalt, chrome and other stainless steel alloys. The unique structure produces a very long service life with a uniform grinding pattern.

These fibre discs contain precision-formed abrasive grains to optimise both speed of use and durability in mild steel processing. The construction of the disc with a stiff fibre backing and a strong resin bond ensures durability and tear resistance, so that more parts can be machined per disc and fewer overall disc changes are required when combined with a fast cutting abrasive grain. Normally thermally conductive structural steels, forged steels and non-ferrous metals are also processed economically with the 3M fibre disc 782C in grit sizes 36+, 60+ and 80+.

Scotch-Brite BB-ZB radial brushes and single segments are all-plastic brushes with Cubitron abrasive grit that provide consistent results throughout their lifetime. They are ideal for cleaning, paint stripping, blending on almost all materials, especially for heavily contoured surfaces, light deburring applications and very well suited for hard-to-reach areas and the removal of tough coatings such as sealants. Use on straight grinders or flexible shaft without additional accessories. Compared to conventional wire brushes, they offer increased safety.

Application of a fine finish, light cleaning work, use within the Match and Finish system on a satinising machine or flexible shaft.

Use the 3M Cubitron II fibre disc 787C for increased performance when grinding stainless steel and high-alloy steels compared to conventional fibre discs. Thanks to their extremely high cutting performance, these fibre discs are an excellent choice for removing weld seams, blending and surface finishing of stainless steel or alloys with a high nickel content.   The 3M Cubitron II fibre disc 787C contains precision-formed abrasive grain, which is required to achieve very short processing times and long tool life in demanding applications from grinding to deburring. The product contains a grinding aid on the grain side to keep the workpiece cool and the grinding disc lasts longer. The disc consists of a rigid fibre backing, a strong resin bond and the abrasive coating, which ensures durability and wear resistance. This structure and the combination with precision-moulded abrasive grain means that more parts per disc can be processed faster and much cooler, and fewer disc changes are required.
