3M VHB high-performance adhesive tapes are double-sided adhesive tapes made of closed-cell acrylate adhesive. They offer good adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Smooth or structured surfaces can be bonded over the entire surface without tension. Ideally suited for a variety of materials with high surface energy, such as metals, plastics or glass. The products are characterised by their high transparency.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. 3M Scotchcast casting resin 281 is a cream-coloured two-component system consisting of epoxy resin and hardener. It is a heat-curing multi-purpose resin with low viscosity that remains medium-flexible after curing. It is self-extinguishing and with a temperature resistance of up to 155 °C, it belongs to insulating material class F. The unfilled casting resin is extremely resistant to ageing and moisture and is physically and electrically extremely stable. It also has high mechanical and tensile strength.
