If you want to use a 3M Versaflo TR-600 or TR-800 series blower system with a tight-fitting half or full face mask, the 3M Versaflo BT-64 air hose ensures a reliable, hard-wearing connection. When used with the 3M Versaflo TR-800 respirator blower, the Versaflo BT64 air hose provides explosion-proof respiratory protection for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. BT-64 is supplied with the 3M TR-973 airflow indicator. It is made of a hard-wearing material for demanding applications. It directs the airflow into the respirator and allows easier breathing compared to the same respirator with directly inserted filters (negative pressure mode). The airflow also ensures comfort at work and reduces fogging of the visor. For cleaning, BT-64 can be fully immersed when its openings are sealed with the 3M Cleaning and Storage Kit BT-953 (sold separately).
