The S-333 disposable lightweight bonnet is an S series head piece for the 3M Versaflo respiratory protection system. It covers the head and face and provides eye and face protection in accordance with EN166 (protection against liquid splashes and flying particles with low impact energy). The disposable lightweight bonnet is made from the mechanically resistant material Ventflex. It is particularly soft and supple, easy to wipe clean and low-linting. As with all lightweight bonnets in the S series, this model also ensures excellent air distribution for greater comfort and less noise. Thanks to its polycarbonate visor, it provides reliable protection against mechanical and chemical influences. The extra-large field of vision provides a very good view. The S-333 disposable lightweight bonnet is available in two adjustable sizes. This product is size L and grey in colour. Protection level: TH3.

The 3M Versaflo Compressed Air Heater V200E is a compressed air reducing valve worn on the belt. In combination with a 3M blower and compressed air headpiece, it forms a compressed air-assisted respiratory protection system with a permanent air flow. The V-200E heating tube enables the compressed air to be heated to a maximum of 28°C. the temperature of the breathing air can be individually adjusted using a temperature regulator. The swivelling bayonet connection guarantees that the air hose runs optimally to the head section. An integrated warning whistle sounds if the air flow to the head section falls below the minimum flow rate specified by the manufacturer. The compressed air heater is mounted on a protective pad on the belt. Areas of application are heavy industry and the construction industry (cold ambient temperatures). 3M Versaflo V-500E Compressed air regulator with belt without plug nipple

The 3M Versaflo compressed air regulator V500E is a belt-mounted, easy-to-adjust compressed air control unit that can be combined with all 3M S and M series head pieces. It ensures an even air flow that can be individually adjusted from 170 l/min to 305 l/min. The compressed air regulator requires a working pressure of 3 - 10 bar and is very quiet (<65 dBA) thanks to the integrated silencer. If the air flow rate falls below the set value, the control unit emits a whistling sound as a warning. The integrated activated carbon filter also offers additional safety. The 3M AirCare compressed air treatment unit ACU-3 or ACU-4 can be used to clean the compressed air. Compressed air tools can be connected to the control unit via an input without reducing the air supply to the mask. The individual components are connected using compressed air couplings (e.g. type Rectus 25). You will first need conditioned breathing air in accordance with DIN EN 12021 or DIN EN 12021:2014.
