With the flexible fabric rollers from TYROLIT you can process almost any material. Finishing the surfaces requires preparation, either by hand or with an orbital sander. When working on wood, paint and varnish, we recommend using the BASIC fabric rollers for hand-guided sanding. We recommend using the fabric rollers on the orbital sander for finishing coatings, smoothing and cleaning composite materials and for clean intermediate sanding.

Inspired by modern climbing helmets, it offers protection against small falling objects. It has adjustable positioning on the head. Our 4-point ratchet closure system allows the headband to be adjusted quickly and comfortably as required. The exclusive, patented 3M pressure distribution technology is integrated into the helmet. It not only ensures a secure fit, but also improves wearing comfort. This technology reduces the force on the head by up to 20% compared to conventional 3M helmet straps. The rimless design allows an unobstructed view upwards. This makes it easier to see and avoid potential hazards in the surrounding area. This blue safety helmet is equipped with a patented 3M UVicator sensor, which changes colour from red to white when exposed to harmful UV radiation. Exposure to UV radiation can cause the helmet shell to become brittle, limiting effective protection. The colour change of the sensor indicates when the helmet should be replaced. The existing notches and holders for accessories are compatible with a wide range of 3M protective visors, earmuffs and other accessories. Chin straps with plastic fasteners can also be attached to the helmet. Tested for lateral deformation and liquid metal splashes and fulfils the EN 397 standard for industrial safety helmets.

The carrier film of this adhesive tape gives foams and other materials increased dimensional stability and also makes the tape easier to handle when cutting and punching.  With a very high initial tack, the adhesive strength of the 3M 300LSE adhesive increases even further depending on time and temperature. 120 µm thick, transparent polyester backing with a 95 µm thick 300LSE series adhesive layer on each side. 110 µm thick, PE-coated, light brown protective paper.

This product family is compatible with ribbon cables or round/flat cables with conductor spacing of 1.27 mm. The proven insulation displacement contacts are designed for solid and stranded conductors for increased design freedom in circuit and system development. Stranded conductors with conductor cross-sections of AWG 26 (0.141mm²) and AWG 28 (0.089mm²) or solid conductors with AWG 26 (0.128mm²) or AWG 28 (0.08mm²) can be processed. The contacts in the mating area have a gold coating for optimum electrical performance. The adhesive strips in the cover of the connectors are a valuable aid for manual processing. The cover is positioned at the intended location on the cable and adheres there thanks to the adhesive strip. The connector body is latched into the cover from below and the cover, cable and body are pressed together using a tool. Sturdy metal hooks ensure a secure connection between the plug components and the cable. A plastic lug on the outer housing wall serves as a centre coding. It fits exactly into the recess of the mating connector on the circuit board, preventing incorrect mating and possible damage to the circuit or system. The female connectors are compatible with the 3M 3000 and 2500 series receptacle plugs  for PCB mounting. The 3M 3365, 3659 and 3759 series cables are suitable for cable assembly and the products are of course UL listed.
