Our sanding discs are ideal for efficient surface sanding and particularly aggressive work - if good levelling is required, you should use discs with coarser grits. Our versatile sanding discs are strong yet flexible. They are made of firm, dense foam with a blunt 35-degree edge that gives them extra durability. The threaded shank is made from a single piece for greater balance and reduced vibration. These sanding discs are designed to eliminate the need for hole alignment. They feature our multihole perforation which, together with an extraction system, ensures that dust is removed from the disc and the workpiece as well as from the surrounding air. Our dust management system for machine sanding is more user-friendly than standard dust management systems - it removes dust more efficiently than products with 5 or 6 holes. Dust reduction increases the removal efficiency and life of the abrasive disc, resulting in better working conditions. 3M abrasives for machine sanding can be used with sanding discs for machine sanding on a sander with a central vacuum connection.
