The BPK-HD back support plate is an accessory for the 3M Versaflo blower unit TR-300, TR600, TR800. It enables the blower units to be carried comfortably.

Comfort and protection are really important. That's why we introduce the 3M™ Speedglas back support plate for high loads. This product has been developed for heavy duty industrial applications.

The heavy duty back support plate offers comfort, robustness, stability and balance. It is suitable for a wide range of body sizes and is primarily designed for welding and 3M Adflo™ systems. However, it is also suitable for use with 3M Versaflo blower respiratory protection systems.

With the robust back support plate for high loads, employees can work even more comfortably - according to their working conditions and personal preferences.

3M Speedglas spark arrester #836000

The spark arrester can be used with all Adflo filters. It protects the filter from damage caused by sparks and other hot particles and must always be used when sparks or hot air particles are present in the workplace. Replacement part if the original spark arrester becomes deformed and no longer fits correctly.

The particle filter is inserted into the 3M Adflo blower to filter particles from the working environment and thus provide you with clean air to breathe. The particle filter must be replaced regularly. Replace the particle filter when the indicator lights up red, but at least every fortnight. Another indication that the filter needs to be replaced may be that the battery life is noticeably shorter or if the full filter triggers an alarm due to insufficient air flow.
