The 3M Aura respirator 1883+ with two-way respiratory protection is a particle-filtering half mask that also has a specially developed covered 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve. The exhalation valve reduces heat build-up in the mask and breathing resistance, as well as protecting the environment from exhaled aerosols.
