The 3M NTW-HAT heat-shrink tubing is a thin-walled heat-shrink tubing made from modified, heavy-duty elastomers with a shrink ratio of two to one. The flexible heat-shrink tubing is abrasion and UV-resistant as well as resistant to many chemical influences, especially oil and diesel. It is therefore particularly suitable for aviation, railway and military applications. It has an adhesive coating on the inner wall for better sealing. It is self-extinguishing and can be used in a temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C. The heat-shrink tubing is RoHS-compliant, is labelled VG-95343/5D and also complies with the German Military (BWB) K16/99087, VDE 94972 and IEC 60684-3-271:2004 test standards. The black thin-walled elastomer heat-shrinkable tubing NTW-HT has a very thin wall thickness and is self-extinguishing and abrasion-resistant. It impresses with its good chemical resistance. It is designed to provide a permanent, reclosable fastening solution that adheres to a variety of substrates including metals, glass and plastics such as acrylic, polycarbonate and ABS. This fastener gives the adhesive a black appearance. The durable and secure 3M Dual Lock Reclosable Fastener SJ3551CF has exceptional strength due to its interlocking mushroom-shaped heads that provide up to 5 times the tensile strength of typical hook and loop products. We designed this fastener with a clear acrylic tape that is protected by a removable film. This solid, pressure sensitive tape provides a strong, durable bond that is heat, chemical and UV resistant. No drilling, screwing or sewing tools are required for the 3M Dual Lock Reclosure SJ3551CF, allowing for quick installation.

3M Thermal release adhesive film 8805, white, 9 mm x 33 m, 125 µm

3M thermally conductive adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 were developed to achieve optimum heat transfer between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices. The adhesive tapes consist of an acrylic adhesive film filled with thermally conductive ceramic particles. Optimum adhesion to many different substrates is achieved without heat curing. A simple application of pressure is sufficient to create a bond including a thermal bridge. Due to their special chemical composition, adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 are relatively soft and able to wet many surfaces. The special acrylate adhesive of adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 has excellent thermal stability. The thermally conductive adhesive tapes have two protective covers made of silicone-treated polyester. They are therefore easy to handle and easy to die-cut. The adhesive tapes offer excellent wetting and flow properties on many different surfaces.
