Use the 3M Cubitron II fibre disc 787C for increased performance when grinding stainless steel and high-alloy steels compared to conventional fibre discs. Thanks to their extremely high cutting performance, these fibre discs are an excellent choice for removing weld seams, blending and surface finishing of stainless steel or alloys with a high nickel content.   The 3M Cubitron II fibre disc 787C contains precision-formed abrasive grain, which is required to achieve very short processing times and long tool life in demanding applications from grinding to deburring. The product contains a grinding aid on the grain side to keep the workpiece cool and the grinding disc lasts longer. The disc consists of a rigid fibre backing, a strong resin bond and the abrasive coating, which ensures durability and wear resistance. This structure and the combination with precision-moulded abrasive grain means that more parts per disc can be processed faster and much cooler, and fewer disc changes are required.
