The specification specially developed for non-ferrous metals prevents the usual smearing and blunting of the flap disc. The added ceramic grit promotes self-cleaning and sharpening of the disc during material abrasion. This tool offers comfortable and powerful results on difficult-to-grind materials such as aluminium, aluminium bronze, aluminium alloy, copper, bronze, brass and nickel silver.

The PREMIUM FASTCUT stands for excellent, specific material removal. This allows you to reach your goal faster, while the disc remains sharp and aggressive throughout its entire service life! The TYROLIT FASTCUT flap disc is the perfect tool for demanding grinding work such as edge grinding and weld seam processing. It can be used on high-alloy steels and stainless steel as well as on unalloyed and low-alloy steels. The additional TOP SIZE coating offers cool grinding. It can also be used on aluminium to a limited extent.

The 3M Adflo blower unit is respiratory protective equipment which, in combination with an approved headpiece, provides the user with a high level of protection and comfort during welding and related activities. The blower unit has a particle filter, a spark arrester, a pre-filter and a 5-stage filter saturation indicator that shows the user the status of the particle filter. Optional gas filters offer additional protection against common gases and vapours that can occur during welding. Furthermore, an optional odour protection filter can be used to protect the user from unpleasant odours. The blower unit has an automatic air flow control which ensures that the air flow to the head section is always constant. Integrated electronics permanently monitor the battery power and the air flow and immediately trigger a visual and audible alarm if the level falls below set limits. There is a choice of two Li-ion batteries, a standard and a high-performance battery. The unit also has an altitude calibration function that automatically adjusts the function of the device to the respective altitude above sea level. The Adflo blower respiratory protection system draws in the polluted ambient air, passes it through the respective filters and then directs the purified air into the head section via an air hose. The 3M double-sided silicone adhesive tape with polyester carrier 96042 is an excellent solution for bonding silicone substrates such as silicone foam and silicone rubber. It also has good adhesive strength on adhesive-repellent silicone surfaces and has the advantage of a more consistent adhesive layer thickness compared to liquid silicone adhesives. The tape also has noise and vibration-reducing properties. Its high temperature and solvent resistance as well as its good dimensional stability ensure long-lasting functionality, which is reflected in direct cost savings.
