The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator sensor was developed in close cooperation with industry and forestry and fulfils the highest protection requirements. The G30CUO model made of UV-stabilised ABS plastic is orange and equipped with a headband with pinnlock fastening system and PVC sweatband. Unlike conventional helmets with ventilation, the G3000 has significantly more ventilation slots. This maximum permissible ventilation area on the top of the helmet shell ensures an exceptionally high level of comfort even during physically strenuous work in warm environments. The extra short peak ensures optimum visibility. The slim, round shape reduces the risk of getting caught on branches, for example. The Peltor G3000 safety helmet also offers a decisive advantage when working in confined spaces or climbing in trees: the interior can be rotated through 180° so that the safety helmet can also be worn with the peak on the back of the neck.
