3M Scotch-Weld DP190 is a flexible 2-component construction adhesive based on epoxy resin for the EPX system. The product with a long working time achieves high peel strength and is characterised by good levelling properties as well as its simple and fast processing. Scotch-Weld DP 190 is UL-specified and has been developed for bonding metals such as steel, aluminium, copper, plastics such as ABS, GRP, PC, rubber and other materials.

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
