tesa 4600 Xtreme Conditions HD is a tesa premium adhesive tape. It is a self-amalgamating silicone tape without adhesive that is bonded to its own backing. Due to the flexible material, tesa 4600 Xtreme Conditions HD adapts perfectly to different surfaces and ensures an immediate, hermetic seal. The product also shows reliable application results outdoors on oily, dirty surfaces or in extreme heat/cold. Xtreme Conditions can also be used for underwater applications.

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
