tesa 65610 Removable is a double-sided PE foam adhesive tape with a PET reinforcement film. The modified and highly adhesive acrylic adhesive allows the product to be used on a variety of different surfaces. The flexible backing of our double-sided PE foam tapes helps to compensate for the unevenness of the bonding surfaces and also has damping properties and can absorb shocks. The main disadvantage of a conventional foam adhesive tape arises when the bonded part is removed. This results in heavy foam residues that can only be removed at great expense in terms of time and money. The newly developed tesa 65610 Removable does not have this disadvantage due to its unique product design. Thanks to the built-in PET reinforcement film, the foam residue on the covered side of the tape can be removed quickly and easily. This saves time and money.

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
