The Scotch-Brite Deburr and Finish PRO compact deburring and finishing disc uses precision-moulded 3M grains bonded to a nylon cloth to provide increased performance and life for deburring and finishing applications. Our pressed compact discs are soft but as wear resistant as iron to minimise disc changes.   Use the Scotch-Brite PRO compact disc for high grinding performance and long service life in deburring and finishing work. Our smooth-running pressed compact discs remove burrs quickly and cleanly. They are soft to prevent damage, but as strong and wear-resistant as iron and therefore need to be replaced less frequently. They are manufactured with precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grains bonded to a nylon mesh. The hardness of the ceramic material in combination with the self-sharpening grain extends the service life and work can be carried out more quickly without compromising the desired smooth result or the adjustable processing with Scotch-Brite abrasive discs. The PRO compact discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipework renovation and maintenance. These robust high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits and other contaminants without stressing or impairing the thread form. This means that pipework can be put back into operation more quickly.

tesa 4338 is characterised by a strong green colour, which is used particularly in industries such as shipping, commercial vehicles, aviation and the painting of rail vehicles. What is important here is the high flexibility of the backing material, a precise painted edge and a colour that stands out clearly from the substrate. The ageing-resistant natural rubber adhesive has very good initial adhesion, can remain on the painted object for up to a week outdoors, is temperature-resistant up to 120°C and can be removed without leaving any residue after the painting and curing process.

The TYROLIT 2in1 flap disc is used on high-alloy steels and stainless steel as well as on unalloyed and low-alloy steels. Problem-free weld seam machining as well as edge and surface grinding, especially when used on powerful angle grinders.

The microfinishing film on a 3-mil backing with aluminium oxide abrasive grain is available in grit sizes from 9 to 100 microns. The disc is equipped with a dust-repellent coating - FreCut - which significantly increases the service life. The back of the disc has a Velcro fastening for quick tool changes.

The 3M ScotchCode STD cable marking dispenser is a complete, easy-to-use pocket-sized labelling system. The robust, refillable dispenser with tear-off mechanism is already equipped with ten marking rolls and also contains a refill set. You can choose between numbered markers or markers printed with symbols. The labelling tapes are made of an abrasion-resistant, weatherproof polyester film. The acrylic adhesive ensures permanent adhesion.

The 3M Roloc+ mandrel ZR-AC is a rigid plastic disc with an integrated 6.0 mm shank for holding 3M Roloc+ abrasives. The dimensions must be selected according to the diameter of the abrasive tool. The mandrel in diameters of 25.4 mm and 38.1 mm is also used to hold products that are used radially, e.g. Scotch-Brite Roloc+ coarse cleaning disc XT-ZR | CG-ZR.
