tesaband 4688 is a PE-extruded standard fabric tape. It consists of a 55 mesh PET/cellulose fabric and a natural rubber adhesive. tesaband 4688 is a typical repair tape that can be used in a wide range of applications and has very good processing properties.

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
