The thin, very finely creped tape is resistant to water and solvents and offers maximum functionality for up to one hour, even when exposed to temperatures of 120 °C. Thanks to its stretchability and adaptability as well as its high instant adhesion, it makes the masking process a simple work step. At the same time, its high adhesive strength guarantees ideal conditions for the best work results, such as precise paint edges. After application, it can be easily removed without leaving any residue.

Due to its grit range and open grit distribution, it is suitable for sanding wood and lacquer by hand or with an orbital sander. 3M 235U is a sanding paper with a dust-repellent coating on a D or C paper backing.
