The 3M Aura respirator 9330+ folding mask allows you to breathe almost effortlessly and is extremely comfortable to wear. The average inhalation resistance of 63% is significantly lower than the maximum permissible value of EN 149:2001+A1:2009. The 3M polyimide film 1205 is characterised above all by its extreme temperature resistance and very good dielectric properties. In conjunction with a solvent-resistant acrylate adhesive, it forms a high-performance combination of mechanical, electrical, thermal and chemical properties, which remain stable in a temperature range from -40 °C to +155 °C. This means that the insulating tape belongs to insulating material class F. The 0.076 millimetre thin adhesive tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 7,500 volts and is flame-retardant in accordance with UL 510, making the polyimide film particularly suitable for applications where it is exposed to high temperature fluctuations, especially for masking contacts when soldering circuit boards. As it is printable, it can also be used for cable bundling and labelling, among other things.
