Use this diamond disc to grind all carbide cutting tools for the wood and metal industry as well as various shear blades. Grinding disc sets for complete machining in diamond grit size range D64 - D46. Important: It should only be used for deep grinding. A perfect balance of grit size, concentration and bond delivers extremely long service life and profile accuracy.

Das Scotch Glasfasergewebeband 27 hält einer Durchschlagsspannung von 3.000 Volt stand und gehört mit einer Temperaturbeständigkeit bis 130 °C der Isolierstoffklasse B an. So lässt es sich gut zur Isolation von stark wärmeabgebenden elektrischen Bauteilen und als Schutzbewicklung gegen Hitzestrahlung einsetzen. Wie alle Glasgewebebänder ist es besonders reiß- und abriebfest. Dies gewährt eine lange Funktionalität auch bei großer mechanischer Beanspruchung wie beispielsweise in Elektromotoren. Gleichzeitig sorgt die bedruckbare Gewebestruktur für eine ausgezeichnete Absorption von Harzen und Lacken. Was ist der Unterschied zwischen ET27 und ET27U? Das ET 27U hat eine feiner Struktur, wodurch die Ausfransung beim Schneiden reduziert wird.
