TYROLIT carbide end mills are manufactured on modern CNC grinding machines. The result is a high-performance precision tool that provides the prerequisite for optimum grinding results. The specially developed geometry of the cutting edges ensures maximum tool life and the best results on all types of steel. The aggressive cutter shape is particularly long-chipping and thus ensures a large stock removal rate. Reduced heat development protects the milling cutter and the workpiece.

In contrast to conventional casting resins for cable accessories, Scotchcast 4 GS epoxy resin is a CMR-free casting resin. It therefore contains no carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances. The resin is characterised by reduced heat development compared to other epoxy resins and is insensitive to water during storage, curing and use (hydrolytically stable). The popular transparent two-chamber bag contains a predetermined amount of resin and hardener, which can be mixed quickly to form ready-to-use casting resin and is supplemented by an innovative colour indicator that shows exactly when the mixing and curing process is complete. This makes the installation process even more transparent and user-friendly. The 3M Scotchcast 4 GS epoxy resin is used for the insulation and mechanical protection of low-voltage cable connections.

Rings for surface grinding consist of a highly porous ceramic bond with a grain size of 46 or a synthetic resin bond with a grain size of 60. They are primarily suitable for high-alloy steels and HSS and fulfil the highest surface requirements. Slip rings with a high stock removal rate are required for paper and planer knives in particular. Please note that resin-bonded slip rings only have limited resistance to coolant.
