With the 3M SecureFit Safety helmet X5503V-CE provides you with safe and comfortable head protection. The safety helmet was designed for general industrial use and everyday safety requirements. Inspired by modern climbing helmets, it offers protection against small falling objects. Optional ventilation openings allow air to flow through the helmet. The helmet height on the head is adjustable. With the easily adjustable 4-point ratchet fastening system, the head strap can be conveniently adjusted to suit requirements. Integrated into the helmet is the exclusive, patented 3M Pressure distribution technology is integrated into the helmet. It not only ensures a secure fit, but also improves wearer comfort. This technology reduces the force on the head by up to 20% compared to conventional 3M helmet straps. The rimless design allows an unobstructed view upwards. This makes it easier to see and avoid potential hazards in the surrounding area. This green safety helmet is equipped with a patented 3M UVicator Sensor, which changes colour from red to white when exposed to harmful UV radiation. Exposure to UV radiation can cause the helmet shell to become brittle, limiting effective protection. The colour change of the sensor indicates when the helmet should be replaced. Optional 3M Scotchlite Reflective material increases visibility in poor light conditions. The existing notches and holders for accessories are compatible with a wide range of 3M protective visors, earmuffs and other accessories. A chin strap with magnetic or plastic fastener can also be added as an option. Tested for lateral deformation and fulfils the EN 397 standard for industrial safety helmets.

Rings for surface grinding consist of a highly porous ceramic bond with a grain size of 46 or a synthetic resin bond with a grain size of 60. They are primarily suitable for high-alloy steels and HSS and fulfil the highest surface requirements. Slip rings with a high stock removal rate are required for paper and planer knives in particular. Please note that resin-bonded slip rings only have limited resistance to coolant.
