The PREMIUM 1F80 high-performance grinding disc is particularly suitable for universal grinding tasks in hard-to-reach areas. This disc can be used to create grooves and notches and to deburr gears. Furthermore, the maintenance of turbine blades, the roughing of curved surfaces in cavities and of ribs is also no problem. For diameters over 80 mm, we recommend the use of a protective cover.

The 3M protective suit 4530L TYPE 5/6 has four coordinated layers. Two outer layers of meltblown polypropylene and two inner layers of spunbond polypropylene. The very soft and water vapour permeable material, the knitted cuffs and the two-way zip as well as the cut increase wearing comfort. It offers protection against hazardous dusts (type 5), light liquid splashes (type 6) and radioactive, contaminated particles (EN 1073-2:2002). A special addition is its flame-retardant property. Its material has been tested in accordance with EN 533/ISO 14116 Index 1/0. Reinforced seams ensure improved durability. It is also antistatic on both sides (EN 1149-5:2008). The 3M 45303XL TYPE 5/6 protective suit is low-linting thanks to its special material (SMMMS). Its areas of application are asbestos inspection, insulation work, asbestos disposal, cement production, grinding and polishing, light industrial cleaning, machine maintenance and work in the pharmaceutical industry. It is size 3XL and is solid blue except for a white triangle on the back.
