The PREMIUM laboratory cutting disc is a high-performance cutting disc for non-ferrous metals, titanium and plastic. It is used for cutting samples in the laboratory. It is important to cut them quickly, without tarnishing damage (structural changes), workpiece deformation or cracks. They are mainly installed on wet cutting systems with manual or automatic feed at a maximum working speed of 50 m/s. When machining, it is important to use sufficient cooling lubrication with 2-3 % corrosion protection and to avoid excessive feed rates in order to prevent cutting. The workpiece must be fixed during machining and the disc must not be subjected to any lateral load.
