The TYROLIT Premium range is now being extended by 29 types to provide you with a choice of different grit sizes and other dimensions. The large number of grit gradations means that different surface structures and roughnesses can be achieved. TYROLIT fleece points are also available with an inserted abrasive cloth to achieve higher material removal and a coarser surface finish.

A reproducible minimum contact pressure (basic setting=80 N/cm²) is guaranteed by the defined pressure transmission with the MR3 pressure roller. This allows attachments to be pressed on reproducibly and reliably and ensures sufficient wetting of the adhesive tape to the substrate. Functional description: 1. the 3M manual pressure roller is inserted into the holder with the handle side and fixed in place with a clamp connection. 2. a hand crank is used to move the counter roller with the force measuring device onto the pressure roller until both rollers can be twisted. 3M ET 2191FR Fabric tape, copper-coated, nickel-copper, 19 mm x 20 m x 0.14 mm

The 3M conductive polyester fabric 2191FR is a polymer fibre coated with a copper-nickel alloy. The high flexibility of the fabric tape coated with acrylate adhesive enables optimum adaptation to moulded and structured surfaces. For example, it also adheres excellently to cable harnesses. With an electrical resistance of three milliohms, the 0.14 millimetre thick polymer fibre has very good conductivity and can also be used for earthing in addition to EMC applications. The shielding tape is lightweight and oxidation-resistant and can be used in a variety of ways thanks to its good punchability.
