The range of pressed compact discs extends from an aggressive and rigid deburring tool to a soft tool for a perfect surface finish. They are particularly suitable for hard-to-reach areas and do not change the surface geometry of the workpiece in any way when used. The main areas of application are deburring, cleaning, blending, finishing and the processing of weld seams. Compact discs offer increased safety compared to other deburring tools and a particularly cool finish.

If you want to use a 3M Versaflo blower system with a tight-fitting breathing connection, the 3M Versaflo BT63 air hose ensures a reliable connection. Suitable for use with the 3M Versaflo TR-600 and TR-800 respirator blowers are the 3M respirator full face masks of the 6000 series, the 7907S series and the 3M respirator half mask of the 7500 series. When used with the 3M Versaflo respirator blower TR-800, the Versaflo air hose BT-63 provides explosion-protected respiratory protection for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The flexible spiral hose directs the airflow into the wearer's respirator mask and makes breathing easier compared to the same mask with directly inserted filters (negative pressure mode). The airflow also ensures greater comfort at work and reduces fogging of the visor. 3M Lub-P cable lubricant, 0.95 l

The 3M cable lubricant Lub-L is especially suitable for electrical installations. It makes it easier to pull in cables and wires by reducing friction. Signs of wear are significantly reduced - both on the cables and on the devices used. This effectively prevents cable sheath damage and also prevents cables from getting tangled or stuck. It is therefore particularly recommended for long and winding cable runs. The transparent, water-based cable lubricant does not drip and can be wiped off easily and cleanly if necessary. Neither silicone nor grease residues make it difficult to work on the cables, for example when inserting connecting sleeves. In addition, the skin-friendly product does not cause irreversible stains on clothing, equipment or surroundings. Lub-L dries out very slowly and is therefore very economical. It leaves only a minimal residue as it contains less than 5.5 per cent solid components. This means that the cables do not stick together or to other cables, which facilitates their movement. It is suitable for high-performance cables and regular 600 V cables, as well as for most cable materials, including polyethylene and semi-cons. It is also compatible with semi-conductive materials. This means that, unlike wax or hydrocarbon based lubricants, it does not affect the volume resistance of medium and high voltage cable sheaths or the insulation layer. Lub-L is extremely temperature-stable and non-flammable. It therefore maintains the flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties of the cable.
