The range of pressed compact discs extends from an aggressive and rigid deburring tool to a soft tool for a perfect surface finish. They are particularly suitable for hard-to-reach areas and do not change the surface geometry of the workpiece in any way when used. The main areas of application are deburring, cleaning, blending, finishing and the processing of weld seams. Compact discs offer increased safety compared to other deburring tools and a particularly cool finish.

3M Polyester Film 5 is a particularly thin and elastic insulating tape that is also highly resistant. While the acrylate adhesive is extremely resistant to solvents and "flagging", the carrier is characterised by very high tear and abrasion resistance. The 0.06 millimetre thin adhesive tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 5,500 volts and belongs to insulation class B with a temperature resistance of up to 130 °C. The 3M protective suit 4530L TYPE 5/6 has four coordinated layers. Two outer layers of meltblown polypropylene and two inner layers of spunbond polypropylene. The very soft and water vapour permeable material, the knitted cuffs and the two-way zip as well as the cut increase wearing comfort. It offers protection against hazardous dusts (type 5), light liquid splashes (type 6) and radioactive, contaminated particles (EN 1073-2:2002). A special addition is its flame-retardant property.
