This tool is used to grind all cutting tools for the wood and metal industry as well as various shear blades. These products are disc and cup wheels in the CBN grit size range B181 - B91. Compared to conventional corundum discs, CBN discs have significantly lower wear and higher dimensional accuracy.

The combination of elastic PVC carrier material and rubber adhesive provides electrical and mechanical protection while minimising volume. 3M Temflex 175 Vinyl Insulation Tape is UL listed, CSA certified and tested to IEC 60454-3-1. 3M Temflex 175 Vinyl Insulation Tape is based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and/or its copolymers and has a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. The tape is 0.18 mm thick, UL listed and labelled as "flame retardant and cold resistant" in accordance with UL standard 510.
