Rings for surface grinding consist of a highly porous ceramic bond with a grain size of 46 or a synthetic resin bond with a grain size of 60. They are primarily suitable for high-alloy steels and HSS and fulfil the highest surface requirements. Slip rings with a high stock removal rate are required for paper and planer knives in particular. Please note that resin-bonded slip rings only have limited resistance to coolant.

The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator sensor was developed in close cooperation with industry and forestry and fulfils the highest protection requirements. The G30CUY model made of UV-stabilised ABS plastic is yellow and equipped with a headband with pinnlock fastening system and PVC welding tape. Unlike conventional helmets with ventilation, the G3000 has significantly more ventilation slots. This maximum permissible ventilation area on the top of the helmet shell ensures an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort, even during physically strenuous work in warm environments. 3M 9703 is a dry transferable, double-sided adhesive film. 3M 9703 is electrically conductive in Z-axis and has good insulation in X- and Y-axis. The electrical conductivity is achieved by silver-coated nickel particles arranged in the Z-axis. These do not react in a magnetic field and are not affected in their alignment by vibration. The adhesive film connects flexible circuits with a medium distance electrically and mechanically to other flexible circuits, rigid printed circuit boards (PCB) or LCD screens.
