The 3M Accuspray nozzle head for the PPS 2.0 series ensures excellent atomisation for a wide range of coatings and is an integral part of the 3M Accuspray spray gun system. These interchangeable, reusable nozzle heads are available in a range of sizes for optimum atomisation whether you are applying low viscosity coatings such as water-based materials, solvent-based paints or higher viscosity coatings. The heads are easy to clean, reuse or can be easily removed and replaced to have the performance of a new spray gun when needed. Other benefits include reduced priming requirements, shorter application and cleaning times and a better finish, reducing the need for sanding. Each interchangeable nozzle head is made of clear plastic so technicians can always see if the head is clean, reducing the need for cleaning. The 3M Accuspray nozzle head for the 3M PPS 2.0 series is available in 3 colour-coded sizes: The 1.4 mm nozzle heads guarantee fine atomisation with minimal spray mist, making them ideal for lower viscosity paints such as sealing lacquers, varnishes, top coats and light adhesives in the automotive industry. The interchangeable 1.8 mm nozzle heads are ideal for medium to high viscosity coatings such as paints and adhesives in the automotive industry. The 2.0 mm nozzle heads are normally used with our 3M Accuspray HGP spray gun, which is specially designed for the application of high volume, high viscosity fluids. Use these heads for the application of gelcoat coatings, adhesives, primers, thick film primers and speciality and sound deadening coatings. 3M 9703 is a dry transferable, double-sided adhesive film. 3M 9703 is electrically conductive in Z-axis and has good insulation in X- and Y-axis. The electrical conductivity is achieved by silver-coated nickel particles arranged in the Z-axis. These do not react in a magnetic field and are not affected in their alignment by vibration. The adhesive film connects flexible circuits with a medium distance electrically and mechanically to other flexible circuits, rigid printed circuit boards (PCB) or LCD screens. The electrically conductive film 9703 offers good adhesion to common PCB substrates such as copper, gold, FR 4 epoxy, polyimide and polyester films. Stable electrical performance in any flexible circuit interconnect application may require mechanical reinforcement (clamping).

The TYROLIT FAST CHANGE enables very fast disc changes thanks to the Velcro fastener. The stable paper backing enables high-speed sanding on many surfaces. This product gives you a particularly even finish on lacquers, paints and composite materials. In addition, a special stearate layer reduces clogging and clogging of the disc, thereby increasing its service life.

3M Scotch-Weld 3748 is a polyolefin-based hotmelt adhesive. The product with 100% solids content is UL-listed, has high mechanical and thermal resistance and is particularly suitable for applications in the electrical and electronics industry. The hot melt adhesive also impresses with its good peel strength and high temperature resistance up to 80°C. Scotch-Weld 3748 is used, for example, for bonding low-energy plastics such as PE and PP, as well as for moulding electrical/electronic components and for reinforcing components on printed circuit boards.

3M VHB high-performance adhesive tapes are double-sided adhesive tapes made of closed-cell acrylate adhesive. They offer good adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Smooth or structured surfaces can be bonded over the entire surface without tension. Ideally suited for a variety of materials with high surface energy, such as metals, plastics or glass. The products are characterised by their high transparency.
