Scotch-Brite DB-WL deburring discs are particularly suitable for deburring and rounding edges and drill holes, milling or punching edges and for deburring after thread cutting. Suitable for all metals, including hard and tough materials such as stainless steel and titanium.

The microfinishing film on a 3-mil backing with aluminium oxide abrasive grain is available in grit sizes from 9 to 100 microns. The disc is equipped with a dust-repellent coating - FreCut - which significantly increases the service life. The back of the disc has a Velcro fastening for quick tool changes.

For demanding processing conditions The 3M polyester adhesive tape 8901 is a thin, pliable polyester adhesive tape that is ideal for masking tasks in high-temperature applications and adheres well to silicone-coated surfaces. The translucent blue backing film is tear-resistant. Coated with a silicone adhesive, the tape produces sharp coloured edges and is therefore very suitable for masking workpieces during powder coating, for example. It can be removed from most surfaces cleanly and in one go without fraying or tearing. This adhesive tape is also ideal for splicing silicone liners, paper and films that are exposed to high temperatures. Thanks to its good chemical resistance, this adhesive tape proves its worth in chemical processes and other demanding work procedures, such as anodising. The pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive is suitable for a wide temperature range between -50 °C and +204 °C. The Scotch-Brite Deburr and Finish PRO compact deburring and finishing disc uses precision-moulded 3M grains bonded to a nylon cloth to deliver increased performance and life for deburring and finishing applications. Our pressed compact discs are soft but as wear resistant as iron to minimise disc changes.   Use the Scotch-Brite PRO compact disc for high grinding performance and long service life in deburring and finishing work. Our smooth-running pressed compact discs remove burrs quickly and cleanly. They are soft to prevent damage, but as strong and wear-resistant as iron and therefore need to be replaced less frequently. They are manufactured with precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grains bonded to a nylon mesh. The hardness of the ceramic material in combination with the self-sharpening grain extends the service life and work can be carried out more quickly without compromising the desired smooth result or the adjustable processing with Scotch-Brite abrasive discs. The PRO compact discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipework renovation and maintenance. These robust high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits and other contaminants without stressing or impairing the thread form. This means that pipework can be put back into operation more quickly.

Thanks to their semi-open grain distribution on a light paper backing, TYROLIT PREMIUM paper sheets are ideal for hand sanding or use on orbital sanders. The semi-open coating of PREMIUM paper sheets also protects the product against clogging and enables an excellent surface finish.

The 3M adhesive marking tape 471F is a soft PVC adhesive tape for various applications. It is suitable for covering and sealing all surfaces and containers, including round and irregularly shaped ones, for interior decoration, as hazard marking, for labelling playing fields and areas and for general marking and protection. The film is very conformable, abrasion-resistant and resistant to many solvents except ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons and esters.
