The Scotch-Brite Roloc Deburr & Finish PRO Compact Disc DP-UR is our new metalworking tool with 3M precision moulded grit woven throughout the abrasive. These discs have a soft nylon fibre backing and include a Roloc attachment for quick, easy connection to power tools.

With the Scotch-Brite Roloc Deburr & Finish PRO pressed compact disc, you can achieve optimum deburring, finishing and blending results. As a rule, the best results can be achieved with one abrasive in just one area - deburring, finishing or blending. This multi-purpose disc is unique in that it achieves outstanding results in all three areas. These compact discs offer all the well-known advantages of Scotch-Brite abrasives. In addition, they are dust-repellent and have an open fleece. These abrasive discs differ from other Scotch-Brite abrasives due to the 3M precision-moulded ceramic grain. The mineral we have developed, which is incorporated into the abrasive, is characterised by its hardness and strength. The sharp-edged abrasive mineral can adapt to irregular surfaces and contours thanks to the soft nylon fibres. Dust and abrasion can escape through the gaps in the fibres to prevent clogging. The combination of fleece and mineral enables effective processing with the desired results. This compact disc offers the additional benefit of a Roloc quick-change system. The compact disc can be quickly and easily attached to a Roloc backing pad (available separately), which is connected to the power tool. Roloc quick-change systems contribute to an overall increase in productivity, as the compact disc can be attached to the tool very quickly. Versatile indoor and outdoor applications Pressed compact discs differ from wound compact discs, which are wrapped around a core, in their layer structure: The open fleece is cured and compressed for added strength and durability. Due to the unique manufacturing process, compressed compact discs are well suited for processing edges and contours. We recommend this compact disc together with the 3M disc sander (sold separately) and the 3M Roloc + holder (sold separately). These robust compact discs are ideal for maintenance work. They are high-performance products that remove dirt, corrosion and other contaminants without changing the shape of the workpiece. This means the job is done faster. Pressed compact discs differ from wound compact discs in their layer structure:
