The Scotch-Brite Roloc Deburr & Finish PRO Compact Disc DP-UR is our new metalworking tool with 3M precision moulded grit woven throughout the abrasive. These discs have a soft nylon fibre backing and include a Roloc attachment for quick, easy connection to power tools.

With the Scotch-Brite Roloc Deburr & Finish PRO pressed compact disc, you can achieve optimum deburring, finishing and blending results. As a rule, the best results can be achieved with one abrasive in just one area - deburring, finishing or blending. This multi-purpose disc is unique in that it achieves outstanding results in all three areas. These compact discs offer all the well-known advantages of Scotch-Brite abrasives. In addition, they are dust-repellent and have an open fleece. These abrasive discs differ from other Scotch-Brite abrasives due to the 3M precision-moulded ceramic grain. The mineral we have developed, which is incorporated into the abrasive, is characterised by its hardness and strength. The sharp-edged abrasive mineral can adapt to irregular surfaces and contours thanks to the soft nylon fibres. Dust and abrasion can escape through the gaps in the fibres to prevent clogging. The combination of fleece and mineral enables effective processing with the desired results. This compact disc offers the additional benefit of a Roloc quick-change system. The compact disc can be quickly and easily attached to a Roloc backing pad (available separately), which is connected to the power tool. Roloc quick-change systems contribute to an overall increase in productivity, as the compact disc can be attached to the tool very quickly. Versatile indoor and outdoor applications Pressed compact discs differ from wound compact discs, which are wrapped around a core, in their layer structure: The open fleece is cured and compressed for added strength and durability. Due to the unique manufacturing process, compressed compact discs are well suited for processing edges and contours. We recommend this compact disc together with the 3M disc sander (sold separately) and the 3M Roloc + holder (sold separately). These robust compact discs are ideal for maintenance work. They are high-performance products that remove dirt, corrosion and other contaminants without changing the shape of the workpiece. This means the job is done faster. The 3M Accuspray pressure cup for 0.17 litre PPS, together with the 3M Accuspray pressure cup gun HGP, enables the application of even highly viscous materials such as underbody and stone chip protection or thick-film filler from any position. You can still use the practical 3M Accuspray nozzle heads - in any of the three sizes, depending on the degree of fineness of the desired spray pattern. The gun has a pressure outlet that is connected to the cup via a hose and generates an overpressure that acts on the PPS inner cup. A valve in the cup prevents this pressure from becoming too high. As the highly viscous materials can be processed with the 200µ sieve in this way, additional filtering is created that is not possible with conventional processing methods. After use, the empty inner cups can simply be disposed of as usual, while the reusable pressure cup remains clean. Single-component materials such as stone chip protection can even be stored in the gun for several days. The PPS pressure cup can also be connected to paint spray guns from other manufacturers. This means that the advantages of the closed paint processing system can also be utilised with other gun types.

The 3M Adflo blower unit is respiratory protective equipment which, in combination with an approved headpiece, provides the user with a high level of protection and comfort during welding and related activities. The blower unit has a particle filter, a spark arrester, a pre-filter and a 5-stage filter saturation indicator that shows the user the status of the particle filter. Optional gas filters offer additional protection against common gases and vapours that can occur during welding. Furthermore, an optional odour protection filter can be used to protect the user from unpleasant odours. The blower unit has an automatic air flow control which ensures that the air flow to the head section is always constant. Integrated electronics permanently monitor the battery power and the air flow and immediately trigger a visual and audible alarm if the level falls below set limits. There is a choice of two Li-ion batteries, a standard and a high-performance battery.
