For machining carbide, this silicon carbide disc is a cost-effective variant for subordinate applications. It is primarily used for machining cast iron and non-ferrous metals. Simply dispose of the lid and inner cup, or use the cap to protect the paint for future use. With the interchangeable quick-change nozzles, paint does not run through the entire body of the spray gun. Simply turn the locking ring, remove the nozzle head and wipe the needle clean. The control valve makes it possible to switch off the pressure supply for conventional flow cup applications. Our 3M PPS 2.0 Type H/O pressure cups are available in two sizes, 400 ml, Medium and 850 ml, Large. The air pressure between the walls of the outer cup and the collapsible 3M PPS 2.0 inner cup allows highly viscous liquids to flow more easily and atomise more completely. As with any PPS, after painting, the inner cup can be discarded and the nozzle head either replaced or cleaned for the next use. Uses 3M high performance nozzle heads for spray guns.

The TYROLIT FASTCUT flap disc is the perfect tool for demanding grinding work such as edge grinding and weld seam processing. It can be used on high-alloy steels and stainless steel as well as on unalloyed and low-alloy steels. The additional TOP SIZE coating offers cool grinding. It can also be used on aluminium to a limited extent.
