With a thickness of 1.0 to 1.6 mm, these super-thin 2in1 cut-off wheels have been developed for processing steel and stainless steel. The 3M double-sided adhesive tape with PVC carrier 9087 develops its very good adhesive strength even on many high- and low-energy surfaces. Its modified acrylic adhesive adheres to metals, painted surfaces, plastics (including PE and PP), paper, cardboard and wood. On the one hand, it impresses with its good immediate adhesion, but on the other hand it also guarantees long-term functionality thanks to its high shear strength and great dimensional stability. It also has good resistance to moisture, plasticisers and solvents as well as very good UV resistance. Its protective cover and film carrier make it ideal for the production of die-cut parts.
