With the 3M Accuspray nozzle heads from the 3M Accuspray system, you can optimise the filler application process in every respect. In just three simple steps, you can replace a nozzle head on the corresponding 3M Accuspray gun and have a completely clean device in your hand in just 30 seconds. Together with the 3M PPS cup system, a material change is possible within a very short time and time-consuming cleaning of the filler gun is a thing of the past. So every application feels like using a brand new spray gun. Thanks to the optimised spray jet of the nozzle heads and the gun's modern HVLP technology, you achieve a smooth filler surface, an ideal layer thickness and significantly less spray mist during application. Your immediate benefit from this is a considerable reduction in the amount of work required, as the sanding time required in the subsequent process is minimised. You also reduce material consumption and your health risks. The 3M Accuspray nozzle heads are available in three different diameters: 1.4 millimetres (orange), 1.8 millimetres (white) and 2.0 millimetres (red). In combination with the 3M Accuspray HGP pressure cup gun, all nozzles are also suitable for highly viscous materials.

The 3M Adflo blower unit is respiratory protective equipment which, in combination with an approved headpiece, provides the user with a high level of protection and comfort during welding and related activities. The blower unit has a particle filter, a spark arrester, a pre-filter and a 5-stage filter saturation indicator that shows the user the status of the particle filter. Optional gas filters offer additional protection against common gases and vapours that can occur during welding. Furthermore, an optional odour protection filter can be used to protect the user from unpleasant odours. The blower unit has an automatic air flow control which ensures that the air flow to the head section is always constant. Integrated electronics permanently monitor the battery power and the air flow and immediately trigger a visual and audible alarm if the level falls below set limits. There is a choice of two Li-ion batteries, a standard and a high-performance battery. The unit also has an altitude calibration function that automatically adjusts the function of the device to the respective altitude above sea level. The Adflo blower respiratory protection system draws in the polluted ambient air, passes it through the respective filters and then directs the purified air into the head section via an air hose.
