A completely new and particularly attractive surface appearance on stainless steel is created by a newly developed sanding drum using a special ceramic fabric formulation and our further developed non-woven fabric in grit size 60. The wear behaviour between the non-woven fabric and ceramic fabric is of crucial importance here in order to achieve a uniform sanding pattern over the service life of the sanding drum. The POLY-PTX KERAMIK MIX wheel ideally fulfils all these requirements and produces a previously unattainable, glossy longitudinal structure pattern, which achieves special effects on visible surfaces in particular. The result is a bright and slightly glittering lustre, completely free of shadows. At the same time, minor damage to the sheet metal or light scratches are also removed. With vibration-damped sleeve for single, double and quad splined shafts, ensuring 100 % concentricity.
