These carbide end mills have been specially developed for use on stainless steel and manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines. The newly developed geometry enables cool grinding with maximum tool life on hand-held, pneumatic and electric machines. The aggressive cutter shape is particularly long-chipping and thus ensures a large stock removal rate. Reduced heat generation protects the milling cutter and the workpiece.

Mount and bond a wide variety of materials, including non-polar materials, with 3M 9546 high performance double-sided adhesive tape. Our versatile 1 mm thick polyethylene tape in white has a modified acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on both sides. Our double-sided adhesive tape is perfect for general assembly and joining work in the temperature range between -40 °C and 80 °C. The double-sided adhesive tape consists of closed-cell polyethylene foam (67 kg/m³ density) with acrylate adhesive.

When sharpening solid carbide or carbide-tipped tools, only discs with silicon carbide specifications should be used. Due to their special grain shape, you will achieve good results even on very hard workpieces. This disc can also be used for cast iron. A reduction ring set is already included in the packaging and can also be reordered.

3M VHB high-performance adhesive tapes are double-sided adhesive tapes made of closed-cell acrylate adhesive. They offer very high adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. Smooth or structured surfaces can be bonded over the entire surface without tension. Ideally suited for many low-energy surfaces, powder-coated surfaces, plastics (not soft PVC) or glass. The use of primers can be dispensed with in many applications.

The flat headband and the two-point suspension made of stainless steel also ensure consistently low contact pressure. The headband is variably adjustable and adapts perfectly to any head shape thanks to its ergonomic shape. The 3M PELTOR OPTIME II can be used in areas with high noise exposure, for example in heavy industry, cement production, construction, airports, textile production, the printing industry and agriculture. Matching hygiene sets ensure hygienic and economical use of the earmuffs.
