The redesigned shaped ceramic grain of the 3M Cubitron II 982CX Pro fibre disc allows robots to finish welds and maximise efficiency long after other fibre discs have had to be replaced.

High-tech ceramic fibre disc, which has significantly more self-sharpening edges thanks to a super-fine grain crystal structure and therefore stands out from conventional fibre discs due to its enormous stock removal rate.

The 3M 987C fibre disc uses a binder additive that reduces the grinding temperature (grinding aid). The resulting cooler grinding sets new standards, particularly with poorly thermally conductive stainless steels, nickel alloys and titanium. The tarnishing behaviour of the grinding surface is greatly delayed during the work process. The resulting increase in the service life of the grinding wheel and the significantly reduced machining time also increase the cost potential.

The 3M maintenance-free half mask 4251+ offers you effective respiratory protection as a user-friendly complete mask. The new, improved exhalation valve reduces breathing resistance during exhalation, reduces heat and moisture build-up and thus makes breathing easier, especially in hot and humid working environments. Our 4000+ series half masks have a soft, skin-friendly, silicone-free face seal. The FFA1P2 R D filter class protects against many of the common organic gases, vapours and particles in industrial environments. The lightweight, well-balanced design with integrated, maintenance-free filter elements ensures good peripheral vision. The integrated filter elements are maintenance-free. You can use the half mask until it is time to change it according to the filter change schedule or until the filter elements are saturated. Then dispose of them properly. The comfortable harness with adjustable head strap offers a secure fit and adapts to different head shapes and sizes. The flat design does not restrict your field of vision and the two large-area activated carbon filters ensure low breathing resistance. The FFA1P2 R D filter class protects against organic gases and vapours up to 30 times the limit value (boiling point above 65 degrees Celsius) and particles up to 10 times the limit value. A resealable bag for hygienic storage and transport is included in the scope of delivery. *The exhalation resistance of the 3M™ 4000+ half mask series has been reduced by >30% at 120 l/min and >35% at 160 l/min compared to the previous 3M™ 4000 series.
