tesa® 4831 silicone-free masking tape can withstand high pressure and high temperatures of up to 180 °C. The robust backing material is a laminate of PET film and non-woven fabric that can easily withstand these temperatures and produces precise coloured edges. Safe handling is also guaranteed, as the adhesive tape is characterised by high tear resistance and finger-friendliness. The silicone-free adhesive offers excellent adhesion to rough surfaces. It does not cause ghosting or discolouration effects on different surfaces and helps you to achieve satisfactory results.

Cross-contamination in production areas means that subsequent processes cannot be carried out without further treatment. However, time-consuming cleaning work throughout production can be avoided. The versatile tesa® 4831 masking tape effectively reduces the need for rework or the number of faulty products, saving time and money. It is 100 % free of organic silicones. Once the work step has been completed, our tape can be removed without leaving any residue, ensuring maximum production reliability. You can continue - without any additional work!
