tesa 64044 PV 4 is a premium packaging tape based on a very robust and thick PP film with a special acrylic dispersion adhesive. The acrylate adhesive has a high initial tack and achieves an immediate and secure seal after application.

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
