tesaband 4651 is a high-performance premium fabric tape with a plastic coating consisting of a particularly high-quality 148 mesh rayon fabric backing and a natural rubber adhesive.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
