tesafix 4964 consists of a tear-resistant, flexible fabric backing coated on both sides with a rubber adhesive. Due to its very high mass cushion, the product is particularly suitable for bonding to rough surfaces and non-polar surfaces (PP, PE).

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
