Scotch glass fibre fabric tape 27 can withstand a breakdown voltage of 3,000 volts and, with a temperature resistance of up to 130 °C, belongs to insulating material class B. This makes it ideal for insulating electrical components that emit a lot of heat and as a protective winding against heat radiation.
