This tool is used to grind all cutting tools for the wood and metal industry as well as various shearing knives. These products are disc and cup wheels with white aluminium oxide or sintered aluminium oxide mixtures, which are used for dry grinding. The coordinated specification of this tool prevents discolouration on the workpieces.

These dressing discs are used for dressing all types of diamond and CBN grinding discs, regardless of their bond systems. The AV 500 dresser is particularly suitable for dressing resin-bonded and metal-bonded discs in dry grinding. The silicon carbide discs are available in a diameter of 75 mm. Use the specification 1C70M5V15 only for non-sensitive coverings.
