Soaking the spray gun in solvent is now a thing of the past. Our integrated complete system enables you to clean more intelligently. The nozzle heads are attached to the needle of the 3M™ high-performance spray gun and securely mounted with a specially designed locking ring. No additional tools are required for replacement. Our smooth-running pressed compact discs remove burrs quickly and cleanly. They are soft to prevent damage, but as strong and wear-resistant as iron and therefore need to be replaced less frequently. They are manufactured with precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grains bonded to a nylon mesh. The hardness of the ceramic material in combination with the self-sharpening grain extends the service life and work can be carried out more quickly without compromising the desired smooth result or the adjustable processing with Scotch-Brite abrasive discs. The PRO compact discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipework renovation and maintenance. These robust high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits and other contaminants without stressing or impairing the thread form. This means that pipework can be put back into operation more quickly.

The metallic effect is achieved by vapour deposition of aluminium between the film and the transparent adhesive. The aluminium vapour deposition reduces the electrostatic charge and leads to improved processing properties. This adhesive tape is suitable for decoration, splicing, labelling and the production of printed, die-cut and/or embossed labels.
