The tarnishing behaviour of the grinding surface is greatly delayed during the work process. This PREMIUM disc is a high-performance, non-woven cutting disc for stationary machines and automatic saw sharpeners. As these cut-off wheels are manufactured without a cloth insert, they are only intended for use on stationary machines for wet cutting. The workpiece must be fixed during processing and the disc must not be subjected to any lateral load.

For machining carbide, this silicon carbide disc is a cost-effective variant for subordinate applications. It is primarily used for machining cast iron and non-ferrous metals. This disc is a particularly good alternative for nitrided workpieces and wear-resistant spray-on alloys. It can be profiled with standard diamond dressing tools.

The PRO compact discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipework renovation and maintenance. These robust high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits and other contaminants without stressing or impairing the thread form. This means that pipework can be put back into operation more quickly.
