The TYROLIT PREMIUM RONDELLER is a tool that combines the advantages of a roughing disc, flap disc and fibre disc in one product. Thanks to this new development, it is now also possible to machine non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper, brass and bronze. The tools are used in toolmaking, metal goods production, foundries and in apparatus engineering and shipbuilding. The cooling cut of the RONDELLER reduces the risk of overheating, especially with soft materials. TYROLIT has also developed special formulations and production methods for machining non-ferrous metals in order to achieve high stock removal rates and short grinding times. A specially developed specification prevents clogging and blunting of the disc due to material abrasion. This increases the service life of the disc while significantly reducing waste and disc consumption.
