This tool is used to grind all cutting tools for the wood and metal industry as well as various shear blades. These products are disc and cup wheels in the CBN grit size range B181 - B91. Compared to conventional corundum discs, CBN discs have significantly lower wear and higher dimensional accuracy.

3M thermally conductive adhesive tapes 8805, 8810 and 8815 were developed to achieve optimum heat transfer between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices. The adhesive tapes consist of an acrylic adhesive film filled with thermally conductive ceramic particles. Optimum adhesion to many different substrates is achieved without heat curing. A simple application of pressure is sufficient to create a bond including a thermal bridge. They also impress with good thermal conductivity and good electrical insulating properties. 3M Thermally Conductive Adhesive Film is designed to create a preferential thermal conductive path between components with high heat dissipation and heat sinks or other cooling devices (e.g. fans, heat spreaders or heat pipes).
